I made the tassels from Dollar tree tissue paper, because I couldn’t find the colors I needed. I started with four plastic table cloths from the Dollar Tree and hung them like banners. I think anyone could do it! It was super inexpensive to achieve too. This was such a fun and easy party to set up. There will be another post showing where I got everything for the party so you can find it too.
